Meet the Staff
Maggie Lattin is a graduate of the University of Valley Forge. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Youth Ministry. During her college years she worked at the YMCA in the after school care program. Post-graduation, Maggie worked at Carlisle Christian Academy for 15 years. During those years she taught English, health, speech, Bible, and other classes to middle and high school students. She was also the athletic director, activities coordinator, student advisor, and much more. Following there she worked at Pennsylvania Counseling and then the Boys & Girls Club. Since being a part of BGC, Maggie have been the Site Director at the Shippensburg Club and the Executive Assistant.
Maggie said, "I am honored to serve the Boys & Girls Club of Chambersburg & Shippensburg as the Executive Director. I have been a part of BGC since 2016 and have come to have a special place in my heart for this organization and its mission. My goal is to continue pursuing the mission to serve kids in Chambersburg & Shippensburg and to help BGC continue to make its mark in the areas we serve."
Sarah Rotz originates from the state of Missouri. She has been a resident of PA since 2001. Sarah’s career history has been in the medical field, with a 10 year concentration in hospice. During her hospice years, Sarah focused on Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement for the agencies. Through this training and leadership, it has developed the skills and knowhow to organize and facilitate the Office Manager roll for the Boys & Girls Club.
Sarah understands the need and desire to grow the Boys & Girls Club organization for Chambersburg & Shippensburg. Sarah has utilized her liaising skills to implement a variety of fundraising and promotional campaigning events since joining the organization. Sarah is not only an employee but is also a parent of the Club.
In her off time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading, traveling and baking.

Lisa Saliga began working at the Boys and Girls Club in November of 2016. She come to us with lots of years of experience working with kids. She is excited to be working here because of the interactions she will be able to have with the members and the chance to watch them grow and mature.
Some of Lisa's hobbies are family, coffee, reading, antiquing and old movies.
Becca Justinus is from Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and has lived in Shippensburg since 2016. Becca has worked as an instructional aide and has been with Boys and Girls Club since the summer of 2018. Her favorite part of working with BGC is providing a safe and fun atmosphere for the kids.
Becca enjoys gardening, hiking, reading, and exploring. She has a godson named Ashe. Halloween is her favorite holiday and her favorite book is The Lorax.

Bri started with the Boys and Girls Club in 2018, she enjoys working on computers, knitting, writing, music, and art. She enjoys making a difference and leaving a positive impact on youth each and every day, and watching the students grow. Her favorite thing to do is watch movies with her husband and their two cats.

Haley Jeszenka is a senior at Shippensburg University, majoring in Early Childhood Education. Throughout high school and immediately following graduation she worked as a pre-school assistant teacher and taught dance lessons to children ages 3-10 in her hometown of Harrisburg. Haley was a part of our summer camp 2020 staff. Her favorite part of working with the Boys and Girls Club is making crafts using recycled materials and getting the chance to know each child individually.
In her free time Haley enjoys reading, watching movies, drinking coffee, and practicing yoga. The kids all know that Miss Haley is crazy about her pet cats and loves drawing rainbows. Haley's favorite book is Matilda by Ronald Dahl and her favorite Disney movie is Princess and the Frog.
Arcadia is a 2011 graduate of Shippensburg University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education and she is certified to teach K-6, and she also holds an Early Childhood certificate. Arcadia taught grades K-3 at the Montessori Academy of Chambersburg from 2011-2015. Arcadia substitute taught in the Chambersburg, Shippensburg and Big Spring Area School districts from 2015-2020, including multiple long-term positions in Kindergarten, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades.
Arcadia lives in Shippensburg with her husband Brandon, and her two daughters, Scarlett and Ivy. Her hobbies include cooking, hiking, and swimming.
Arcadia is excited to be the Site Director for the Chambersburg All Day program. She is eager to use her teaching experience to create a fun, safe environment for students while they complete their virtual education.
